CABBAGE WRAP TACOS
These delicious cabbage wraps are a tasty, healthy variation of tacos. They are quick to make and low calorie. They are great for diabetic diets due to being low in carbohydrates. Organic ingredients and grass fed meats are always preferred.
This is an ant-inflammatory recipe that is beneficial to many ailments such as arthritis. Grass fed beef and grass fed dairy are packed with long-chain omega 3 fatty acids which have vital anti-inflammatory agents that are important for brain and other neuronal cell development. The avocado, spices and vegetables are super anti-oxidants to help improve brain function and improve cell regeneration.

INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken breasts dices bite size
1/4 lb ground beef
1/4 cup onion
1/2 beefsteak tomato, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
4 strips bacon baked and crumbled
4 large cabbage leaves
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime
1 Tsp garlic
3 Tsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1/2 cup Chihuahua cheese
sour cream
Instructions:
Sauté ground beef and chicken with garlic, onion, salt, pepper and taco seasoning until well done. Cook over medium heat about 5 min.
Sauté chicken in a tbs of olive oil with garlic, salt, pepper and taco seasoning until well done. About 5 min.
Toss chicken and beef together and place on top of lettuce leafs.
Top with fresh avocado slices, diced tomatoes, cilantro, cheese, bacon crumbles and sour cream.
Squeeze fresh lime on top of tacos.
